Hi! I’m Luca and I’m a photographer.

There’s something magical about capturing the play of light, color, and shadow with the simple press of a button –freezing a moment in time to be revisited and reimagined.  It’s something that has fascinated and moved me ever since I first started taking pictures as a teenager.

After high school, my love of photography led me to major in it at the University of Washington where I worked as a photojournalist for the school newspaper, honing my technique and developing my style.

After graduating in 2011, I spent time traveling in South-East Asia, eventually landing in Viet Nam, the country that I was born in before my family moved to the United States when I was five years old.  I decided to stay in Hanoi, Viet Nam and lived there for many years, teaching English, playing drums in bands, and photographing the people, places, and adventures that defined my time there.

I’m now back in the city where I grew up, Seattle Washington, having learned and grown as a photographer, musician, traveler, and general lover of art and creative expression!
